What's different about this site, and where to find the full policy.
The Upskilling Labs, Inc. runs this site, the same organization that runs theupskillinglabs.org. Its privacy policy applies here. This notice covers what’s different.
This site keeps its own database, separate from the main site’s. It holds:
Your own posts are visible to signed-in members only. A pod’s or project’s posts are the page speaking publicly, so anyone with the link can see them.
When you search for a session, we add one to a daily count for the area your search found: a ZIP code, a neighborhood or town, or the nearest library. That tells us where to bring workshops next. We don’t keep what you typed, who you are, your IP address or the time. A street address is looked up on OpenStreetMap from our server, so it never goes there from your browser, and we don’t keep it.
The region is building this site while using it. Things will change, and the data may be reset, so please don’t post anything you couldn’t lose or wouldn’t want shared with members.
Email hq@theupskillinglabs.org to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
