For the first time, the problem is The Labs itself. Three Research Pods (Scaffolding, Wayfinding, Front Door) research a hard problem about The Labs with frame creation, then build working changes to how The Labs runs.

A pod is an open research group: anyone in the region can read its work and add to it. Each one starts with archaeology, working out how its problem came to be, then names the paradox at the center of it, and builds from there. The build is in public, on GitHub.

While a cycle runs
